I’m not here to just survive. I’m here to become whole. To reclaim the pieces of me scattered by silence, shame, and struggle.
This blog is for a special kind of woman—the kind whose layered identities come with layered wounds. The kind who’s carried burdens no one prepared her for. Our healing can’t be rushed or reduced to cliché. It must be sacred. Tender. Real. There is no cookie-cutter cure for our kind of pain—only the kind of care we were always worthy of. The kind of care that sees us—every part of us—and chooses to stay.

I Wasn’t Always This Woman
I’ve spent most of my life tending to everyone but myself.
Saying yes when I meant hell no.
Swallowing silence just to keep the peace.
That version of me is gone.
These days, I write to stay alive — and honest.
I’m not here to curate a perfect life.
I’m here to tell the truth about building one I don’t need to escape from.
I laugh loud, rest often, and give softness where I used to give sacrifice.
I still break sometimes, but I don’t abandon myself anymore.
